What Our Parents in Monmouthshire Say

“I’ve been bringing my daughter to baby sensory classes in Woolaston since she was just weeks old! And now she’s over 8 months. She really loves it – it’s such a varied class and there’s so much to engage the babies. Amy creates a really friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere and we will both really miss going once our sessions are finished. I highly recommend this class to anyone!”

“I cannot recommend this class enough! I have loved every minute of baby sensory with both my children. My daughter loves Amy’s class and I love watching her explore, learn and play. It’s a lovely way to bond with her and I cherish all the memories of us together at baby sensory. Amy is so welcoming and the classes give mums/dads a sense of belonging and common ground at a time that can be quite isolating.”

⭐ This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take on an area which has been successfully running for over 10 years.

⭐ The current franchisee has sadly had to stop running classes for personal reasons – this gives you the perfect chance to step in and create your own dream business!

⭐ You get to plan your working week and decide when you want time off, create the work life balance you’ve been dreaming of, and experience job satisfaction like never before.

Is This Right For You?

You don’t need to have experience leading classes or running your own business. Our comprehensive training and ongoing support will provide you with all the tools you need.

What you do need is:

⭐ Passion for Baby Sensory and making a real impact in the lives of local families

⭐ Positivity and self-motivation

⭐ Commitment and determination

⭐ Willingness to learn and grow

⭐ Ability to be a little bit silly

⭐ Be a people person

Running any business requires hard work, time and energy. You must be prepared to put in the effort to reap the benefits.

Being a Baby Sensory franchisee gives a varied an interesting work life – you’ll be running outstanding classes for your customers, learning lesson plans and preparing equipment, managing your booking system, answering customer emails and messages, and marketing your classes both online and in person.

This Might Not Be For You If...

⭐ Running a business comes with risk. There is no guaranteed income each month, no sick pay and no company pension. If you need the security of an employed role, this isn’t for you.

⭐ If you need to be able to shut the laptop at the end of the day and forget about work, again this may not be for you. The nature of the role means that it can creep into evenings and weekends – answering customer questions, preparing and washing kit. These aspects make being a franchisee flexible and easy to fit around your family as not everything needs to be done outside of the home. However, for some people this wouldn’t be their ideal work life.

⭐ Running a franchise means that you have to adhere to the guidelines set out for you. This is for the benefit of the company and all franchisees within it. The proven model is based on everyone running the classes and their business in the prescribed manner. If you are someone buzzing with creativity and ideas you may find this restrictive, and so creating something yourself as an independent may be better suited to you.

⭐ Running a Baby Sensory franchise is a full-time role, with flexible hours. Experience shows that the most successful franchisees are those who are able to make it their sole work focus. If you are looking for something to fill a couple of days, or as a stop gap, this isn’t going to be for you.
